Le Manoir is only a only a couple of minutes' walk from the village of St. Marcel Du Perigord & its stream & play area. The estate is tranquil with wild woods to explore, & meadows to roam in.

There are swings a slide & a roundabout near the Play Barn. The Play Barn itself, has been painted inside to resemble the famous Lascaux caves which are nearby. In the Play Barn younger children will find many toys to amuse them. For older children & their parents there is the Games Barn which has table tennis & a pool table.

All the properties except Le Pigeonnier are equipped with stair gates. You are welcome to a selection of baby equipment such as Cots, highchairs, baby baths, baby bouncers, bottle sterilizer, baby monitors, food blender, changing mat, toilet steps, potty of course.
