Le Pigeonnier (1 bedroom, sleeps 2/3).
This romantic & rustic pigeon tower has been restored sympathetically to retain much of its old-world charm. The tower is built into the bank on the North side of the quadrangle.
The estate is situated in a lovely parkland setting on the south facing side of a gentle valley overlooking the small village of St Marcel du Perigord (which has a good restaurant/bar). The parkland around the properties abounds in wild flowers, plants and wildlife including large birds of prey and red squirrels. St Marcel is situated just off the D32, which leads north-east out of Bergerac (12 miles) to St Alvere (6 miles). The nearest large town is Lalinde, 7 miles to the south on the Dordogne river.

This original rose covered cottage was at one time a farm-worker's cottage. You will find it in pole-position for the restaurant in St. Marcel du Perigord: - It is just off the quadrangle in the private & secluded leafy lane leading to the village.
You enter Le Manoir from the grassy quadrangle into the hall.
This characterful former pigsty is a favourite with children! It's quirky layout make it perfect for 'hide & seek'. The kitchen is the central hub of this gîte with the children's bedroom, stair to main bedroom, lounge and bathrooms leading from it.
Situated facing the quadrangle, this interesting conversion offers you an airy space & comfortable surroundings. Its trump card is the double height lounge area with bridged staircase access for the upper rooms.
