The kitchen has a new range-cooker, large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave/grill, & all you need to cater for this size of party.

To the right of the living room, are the downstairs bathroom & a double bedroom.

This bedroom is often used by slightly older guests that prefer not to go up the stairs.

The large washing machine is housed in a cupboard near here.

Going up from the living room, you arrive on the open landing:

From here you have access to the other three bedrooms:.

There is also a full bathroom with bath, shower over, plus W.C. & wash-hand-basin.

In addition to the downstairs double bedded room are 2 x twin bedded rooms, & an additional room with a double bed.

There is ample room for cots.

Going out from your kitchen door you will come to your terrace & BBQ.

This looks across the bottom of the valley with the village in the distance.

It is on two levels offering you plenty of room to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine.
